Ref. 09031 On the outskirts of Le Mans, just 10 mns from the centre and TGV train station, and under 1 hour from Paris. This watermill, dating back to the XIII century, is built over the islands formed by 4 water courses. An idyllic spot for water lovers. In the gardens, on the edge of the fastest flowing river you will find a small ?house?, which was originally the mills offices, in need of restoration, it also lends itself to being used for the housing of a hydro electrical installation, after all the water rights are still existing!
